Over the next 2 weeks, we will be migrating email accounts to a new spam filtering solution. There will NOT be any downtime for email or any other services during this transition. You may notice a spam digest from both our old provider (MailFoundry) and our new provider (Edgewave) during this period.
After our migration to MailFoundry, we were not pleased with the level of filtering that was being offered so we started to seek out alternatives. We are pleased to announce that we have negotiated a new deal with Edgewave to provide spam filtering services.
There are 2 ways to report messages as “spam” with the new solution:
- Simply forward the email as an attachment to email@example.com. It is important to remember not to include any email signatures or additional text in the message.
- Outlook users can utilize the Report Spam plugin. Additional information is available at: http://www.edgewave.com/support/messaging_security/report_spam_download.asp
In addition to the daily spam digest emails, you will also be able to login to view your spam quarantine at any time using your email username and password at http://my.redcondor.com.
